Sue Fliess is the author of over forty children’s books including Flash and Gleam: Light in Our World, Goldilocks and the Three Engineers, Sadie Sprocket Builds a Rocket, Beatrice Bly’s Rules for Spies series and more. Her background is in copywriting, public relations, art, and marketing, and her essays have appeared in O the Oprah Magazine, Huffington Post, Writer’s Digest, and more. Her picture books have received honors from the Society of Children’s Books Writers and Illustrators, have been used in school curricula, museum educational programs, and have even been translated into multiple languages. Khoa Le is a picture book author and illustrator from Vietnam. Alongside her love of reading, art, and music, she draws inspiration from her journeys, discovering the beauty of the world—particularly through her deep love for the ocean and all things connected to it.
