Beginner Biography (LOOK! Books ™)

Do you have a favorite role model? A child’s role model may be a parent, grandparent, or sibling. People who do things that make life better for others can be role models, and some people are role models because they show us how to overcome challenges. This series focuses on important role models throughout history from all different backgrounds. Diverse figures and lesser known biography subjects are included such as senator Daniel Inouye, Native American ballerina Maria Tallchief, and leader Cesar Chavez.
