Lerner Publisher Services Announces New Distribution Agreements with Scallywag Press and Mayo Clinic Press Kids
Lerner Publisher Services, a division of Lerner Publishing Group, today announced new distribution arrangements with Mayo Clinic Press Kids and Scallywag Press. Lerner Publisher Services will be the exclusive book distributor of Scallywag Press in all north American markets. Lerner Publisher Services also will distribute select library bound children’s series and single titles to the school and public library market for Mayo Clinic Press Kids beginning August 1, 2023.
Lerner Publisher Services will grow sales for Scallywag Press and Mayo Clinic Press Kids by leveraging the market reach, expertise, and reputation for exceptional quality and customer service that has made Lerner Publishing Group a leader in independent children’s book publishing for more than 60 years.
Mayo Clinic Press Kids books offer captivating stories, diverse voices, and expert authority to empower young readers to care for themselves and their communities. Lerner Publisher Services will launch two Mayo Clinic Press Kids series, Helping Paws Academy and Edge of Medicine, and one single title, Period.: The Quick Guide to Every Uterus, in Fall 2023. All content is developed in partnership with Mayo Clinic pediatric experts.
Scallywag Press’s inaugural list with Lerner Publisher Services features three picture books, including Loud!, We Planted a Pumpkin, and Eye Spy, a new version of the childhood game I Spy with beautifully detailed illustrations by renowned author/illustrator, Ruth Brown.
