Lerner Publisher Services Announces New Distribution Agreement with Soaring Kite Books
MINNEAPOLIS, MN–Lerner Publisher Services, a division of Lerner Publishing Group™, today announced a new distribution arrangement with Soaring Kite Books to be their exclusive book distributor beginning January 1, 2022. Lerner Publisher Services will grow sales for Soaring Kite Books by leveraging the market reach, expertise, and reputation for exceptional quality and customer service that has made Lerner Publishing Group a leader in independent children’s book publishing for more than 60 years.
Soaring Kite Books are uplifting and diverse children’s books that give a voice and a presence to underrepresented characters. Building off the pillars of diverse representation, family values, self-esteem, and kindness, the vision of Soaring Kite Books is to build a collection of books by diverse authors that parents and readers can trust.
The inaugural Soaring Kite Books list distributed by Lerner Publisher Services includes the picture book Dear Mama’s Loving Arms, written by Ceece Kelley and illustrated by Sawyer Cloud. The list also includes Drawn to Friends and Classroom Confidence, two new books from the Georgie Dupree series for new and emerging readers, written by Ceece Kelley and illustrated by Chloe Guevara.
