Delia Ruiz is a Latinx author from San Antonio, TX. She is an educator and holds a BA in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Differentiated Instruction in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). Delia loves expressing herself via writing and hopes to inspire the next generation of writers who also come from immigrant households. In her free time, Delia enjoys salsa dancing, reading, writing, and walking her two pugs.

Graziela Andrade is a freelance Illustrator based in Aracaju, Brazil. Since 2017, she has worked for publishers in Brazil and Portugal, and now the United States. She is now dedicated to children book’s illustrations. The way that she lived her childhood has contributed to her development as an artist, giving her inspiration and creativity. She often uses vibrant colors and a soft tracing in her artwork. When she isn’t working on new children’s books, she loves traveling in her free time.
