Classical Composers

The term “classical music” refers most often to the period from the mid-18th through the early 20th centuries.

Composers from different periods, such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig van Beethoven, Johannes Brahms, and many others, are all considered classical composers. This new and well-researched series looks at a selection of composers who have had lasting impact on classical music, opera, and symphony today.
