Interview

What was your favorite book when you were a child?

The Harry Potter series

What’s your favorite line from a book?

“Sweet are the uses of adversity.” —William Shakespeare

Who are your top three favorite authors or illustrators?

Yoshitaka Amano, Svetlin Vassilev, J.K Rowling

Why did you want to become an author or illustrator?

I have always been a mischievous girl since I was a kid. Only when I am painting can I sit down quietly for a few hours. This is why I still paint now. Only painting can make me feel calm.

Do you have any advice for future authors or illustrators?

Have an open mind that can accommodate all of the things you learn and put them into your creations. Do not be subject to any restrictions. No one can tell you what to do; only you know how to create your work and make yourself feel happy.
