Marie Powell

Marie Powell is a Saskatchewan-based author of 15 published children’s books, including fiction and nonfiction titles. She holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia. As well as teaching for the University of Regina, she is a programmer in the public library system, and gives popular writing workshops in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
