Why did you want to become an author or illustrator?
I was inspired by an Aunt who bought me the very best birthday present one year: a cardboard box filled with paper, scissors, celotape, glue, and the most glorious rainbow coloured pencils I’d ever seen!
Do you have any advice for future authors or illustrators?
Never stop, keep scribbling, work hard and love every moment. “Blessed are those who see beautiful things in humble places where others see nothing.” —Pissarro
