Interview
What was your favorite book when you were a child?
The Encyclopedia Britannica
What’s your favorite line from a book?
Once upon a time
Who are your top three favorite authors or illustrators?
Quentin Blake, Oliver Jeffers and then everyone else
Why did you want to become an author or illustrator?
It just seemed natural to do that. I love drawing so much I couldn’t imagine being anything else.
Do you have any advice for future authors or illustrators?
Just go for it, you have a whole life-time before you. You will regret not trying even if you don’t make it. Just because you don’t make a living from something doesn’t mean you can’t be that!
