Shelli Paroline
Shelli escaped early on into the world of comics, cartoons, and science fiction. She brought back a working knowledge of Acme instant holes, snappy comebacks, and laser swords. Shelli nows lives in the Boston area as an unassuming illustrator and designer. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and ice hockey.

Why did you want to become an author or illustrator?
I like the challenge of telling a story with pictures.
Do you have any advice for future authors or illustrators?
You are what you eat! By that I mean, consume lots of media from many genres. Then get to work.
