Reviews

Kirkus Reviews

“Full of gentle rhythm and repetition, this deceptively simple, layered poetic tale will charm its way into readers’ hearts and begs to be read over and over again.”—starred, Kirkus Reviews

Publishers Weekly

“The idea that letting someone go can sometimes be the best way tolove them isn’t an easy one to share with children (or parents, for that matter), but Van and Adinolfi do so with grace and aplomb.”—starred, School Library Journal
